When registering for a Sibirds workshop, we collect the following personal data:

- Phone Number (optional)
- Newsletter preferences (optional)

Your data is used exclusively for:
- Confirming your workshop registration
- Sending practical information about the workshop (location, time, materials)
- Contacting you in case of changes or cancellations
- Sending newsletters about new collections and workshops (only with your consent)
1.3 Data Storage
Your personal data is securely stored and never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. We retain your data for a maximum of 2 years after the last workshop you attended.
1.4 Your Rights
You have the right at any time to:
- Request access to your stored data
- Request correction of incorrect data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to the use of your data
- Unsubscribe from newsletters (via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter)

Workshop Terms
2.1 Registration & Payment
• Price: €130.00 per person (incl. VAT)
• Included: handmade jewelry piece to take home
• Maximum participants: 10 people per workshop
• Minimum age: 16 years
Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions within 24 hours of registration.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by participant:
- More than 3 days before the workshop: Full refund or transfer to another date
- 2 days before the workshop: 50% refund or transfer to another date (if available)
- Less than 2 days before the workshop: No refund, but you may send a replacement
- No-show: No refund
Cancellation by Sibirds: Should a workshop be cancelled due to circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date. You will be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
2.3 Preparation & Materials
All materials are provided by Sibirds. You don't need to bring anything. We do recommend:
- Wear comfortable clothing (small beads may fall on clothing)
- Tie back long hair for better overview during work
- Bring reading glasses if you have difficulty seeing small details
- Be on time – we start punctually at the indicated time
2.4 Code of Conduct
To ensure a pleasant and safe working environment for everyone:
- Handle materials and tools with care
- Respect fellow participants and the workshop instructor
- Follow safety instructions
- Let us know if you need help
- Please keep mobile phones on silent during the workshop
2.5 Photos & Marketing
During workshops, photos may be taken for marketing and social media purposes. If you prefer not to be photographed, please indicate this at the start of the workshop. Photos of your handmade jewelry may be shared with credit to your Instagram (if you wish).
2.6 Liability
Sibirds is not liable for:
- Personal belongings that are lost, damaged, or stolen during the workshop
- Minor injuries that may occur when working with beads and tools
- Allergic reactions to materials (please inform us in advance of known allergies)
Participation is at your own risk. By participating in the workshop, you confirm that you are healthy enough to participate and follow the instructions.
2.7 Final Product
The jewelry piece made during the workshop is yours and you may take it home. Sibirds guarantees guidance to a finished product, but the quality depends on your own effort and skill.
2.8 Hygiene & Health
If you have symptoms of illness (fever, cold, etc.), we kindly ask you not to participate in the workshop. In that case, please contact us immediately to reschedule at no extra cost.
